Membership and Account
2.1 Registration Process
To open an account on jayabaji 11, you must complete registration with accurate and complete information. The name, mobile number and other details provided at registration must be genuine and verifiable.
Each person may operate only one account. Opening more than one account under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, jayabaji 11 reserves the right to cancel all associated accounts and forfeit the funds held in them.
2.2 Account Security
It is your sole responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) fully confidential. You must not allow anyone else to use your account. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account. If you claim that someone used your account without authorisation, you will be required to provide satisfactory evidence of this.
2.3 Identity Verification
jayabaji 11 may request identity verification from a member at any time. If you do not cooperate with this verification process, the right is reserved to temporarily restrict or permanently close the account.
Age Limit and Eligibility
All services on jayabaji 11 are for persons aged 21 (twenty-one) years or older only. If someone provides a false age at registration and this is later proven, the relevant account will be cancelled and all transactions on that account will be considered void.
In addition, any person for whom online gaming or betting is prohibited under local law in the region or country where jayabaji 11 provides its services must not use this platform.
Deposit and Withdrawal
4.1 Deposit
The minimum deposit amount on jayabaji 11 is ৳100. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank). The same minimum limit applies to all methods.
When making a deposit, you must use a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third parties are not accepted.
4.2 Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. The same methods are available for withdrawal: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
Before submitting a withdrawal request, make sure the wagering requirements for all active bonuses on your account have been met. If wagering on an active bonus is still ongoing, the withdrawal may not be processed unless that bonus is cancelled.
Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
A 150% bonus is available on the first deposit at jayabaji 11, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit receives a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500, with wagering required of ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — winnings earned from a bonus only become withdrawable after the required wagering has been completed.
5.2 Other Promotions
Specific wagering requirements also apply to weekly reloads, slot blast bonuses and other promotions. The terms for each promotion are stated in that offer's description.
Only one bonus may be active at a time. A new bonus cannot be claimed until wagering on the current bonus is complete, or the current bonus must be cancelled to claim a new one — in which case the funds from the previous bonus will be forfeited.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
If an attempt is made to gain an advantage through bonus abuse or fraud, jayabaji 11 reserves the right to cancel that bonus and take action against the associated account.
Betting and Gaming
6.1 Bet Acceptance
If a technical error occurs during a bet or game, jayabaji 11 reserves the right to void that bet and return the original stake. In cases of unusual or suspicious outcomes, jayabaji 11 will review the matter and make a final decision.
When participating in slots, live casino, cricket, football or any other game, members must follow the specific rules of that game.
6.2 Finality of Results
Once a bet is settled, its result is final. However, if an incorrect result is displayed due to a clear technical error, the support team must be contacted within 72 hours for a correction.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jayabaji 11 platform:
- Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
- Using another person's account or placing bets with third-party funds.
- Using automated software, bots or scripts to operate games.
- Attempting to gain an advantage through any form of fraud, deception or dishonest means.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
- Harassing, threatening or attempting to defraud other members.
- Deliberately exploiting any vulnerability or error in the system.
Account Closure and Suspension
8.1 Closure by jayabaji 11
If any provision of these Terms is breached, or if jayabaji 11 considers that a member's activity is suspicious or harmful to the platform, that account may be temporarily or permanently closed without prior notice.
8.2 Closure by the Member
Any member may contact our support team to close their own account. In this case, any balance in the account (provided withdrawable conditions have been met) will be paid out. As part of responsible gaming, the option to self-exclude and set gaming limits is also available.
Limitation of Liability
jayabaji 11 operates as an entertainment platform. jayabaji 11 is not liable for any financial loss a member may incur as a result of participating on the platform. Placing bets or playing games is entirely the member's own decision and risk.
jayabaji 11 bears limited responsibility for losses caused by technical errors, internet disconnection or external factors. In such situations, we will endeavour where possible to review the relevant bet or refund the amount.
